Akash missile

This indigenous system is a shortrange surface-to-air missile system. It protects vulnerable areas and vulnerable points from air attacks.

The weapon system can simultaneously engage multiple targets in a group or autonomous mode. It has inbuilt electronic countercounter measures. The entire weapon system has been configured on mobile platforms.

Pakistani systems jammed

Indian Air Force bypassed and jammed Pak’s Chinese-made air defence systems, completing the mission in just 23 minutes.
